Description

Metabond DRILL is a multipurpose ash- and chlorine-free, metalworking, metal surface treatment, anti-wear and cutting liquid.

Even without heat and pressure Metabond Drill has metal surface treatment effect, but its efficiency significantly increases under friction and pressure. The Metabond chemically unites with the metal molecules and creates a very smooth and extremely hard wear-resistant surface, which withstands damages from friction even under extreme loads. It removes moisture, contaminants and oxidation layers from the treated surface, so the newly created material surface will be protected against rust and corrosion. It is not flammable, so it is safe to use in potentially hazardous areas.

It contains a combination of sulphur and phosphorus which provides extraordinary hardness for various material working tools (lathes, drills, blades, etc.), thereby the processed surface will be smoother and more precise, and significantly increases the lifespan of the tools.
